Dosing
Titrating up — and when to hold.
When should I stop increasing my dose?
Higher isn’t automatically better — the goal is the lowest dose that keeps working for you, not the top of the ladder.
- Still controlling your appetite? Stay there. Only step up once that effect has clearly faded.
- Hold each new dose the full 4 weeks before deciding.
- Stop climbing if side effects start to outweigh the benefit, or you’ve hit the rate of progress you’re after.
Plenty of people settle below the highest dose — that’s completely normal.
